¿WHAT IS NEUROFEEDBACK?
The brain, depending on the type of activity it is carrying out, manifests certain frequencies or waves that we call patterns.
For example, if you are sleeping you have a pattern with slow waves and if you are dancing or studying you have a pattern with faster waves. With neurofeedback what we do is modify these patterns when they are not optimized. When you have stress, anxiety, insomnia, etc.
