ANXIETY
What is anxiety?
Anxiety is a feeling of fear, fear and restlessness. It may cause you to sweat, feel restless and tense, and have palpitations. It may be a normal reaction to stress. For example, you may feel anxious when facing a difficult problem at work, before taking an exam, or before making an important decision.
While anxiety can help you cope, as well as give you a boost of energy or help you focus, for people with anxiety disorders, fear is not temporary and can be overwhelming.
